GENERAL CONDITIONS
The request for availability isn't binding and doesn't act as a
contract neither for the client nor for La Melosa Resort.
The booking request represents an order form and therefore
binding for the client but not binding for La Melosa Resort, on whose part remains free not to accept the booking.
The booking confirmation of La Melosa Resort sent to the client is binding for both parties and establishes
the drawing up of the booking contract with options.
If a deposit is requested or credit card details, the
client must send these within the indicated time period to the direction of
La Melosa Resort in order that the options are cleared and the booking is
definitely confirmed.
At which point La Melosa Resort promises to send the client a confirmation e-mail.
The total booking must be confirmed by fax or by e-mail accepting the cancellation
conditions of the establishment concerned.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
BOOKINGS
The clients that books one or more rooms is obliged to occupy these from the agreed date
La Melosa Resort is entitled to ask the client to submit a deposit to the value of no higher than 30% of the total agreed price for the total stay
Reservations with paid deposits remain valid until 24.00 hours of the agreed data, while reservations not guaranteed by a deposit are valid until 16.00 hours of the agreed data, unless a different arrival time is agreed upon with La Melosa Resort. The reservation is also valid by using the identification number and expiry date of the client’s credit card on condition of it being valid and not expired.
CONDITIONS
The client cannot expect to occupy the room before 14.00 hour on the agreed day of arrival and should it leave within 11 hour on the departure day
The client holding a reservation for the preceding day and if he/she occupies the room at a time before 6.00 a.m. on the agreed date, he/she will be charged the room cost for the preceding day because it has been kept vacant on this previous day.
CANCELLATION POLICY
The client has a right to withdraw from the contract up to 6 days before arrival without penalty. In the cases in which the client has paid a deposit this must be returned to the client in full.
In case of cancellation from 60 to 7 days before arrival, the Hotel will hold de deposit or can ask the payment of 30% of the total agreed cost for the total stay.
In case of cancellation from 6 to 2 days before arrival, the Hotel can ask the payment of 70% of the total agreed cost for the total stay.
In case of cancellation from 1 day before arrival or no show, the Hotel can ask the payment for the total agreed cost for the total stay.
PAYMENT
PLACE OF JURISDICTION (LAW COURTS)
For whatever controversy which might arise relating to interpretation, execution
and/or to the finalisation of the booking contract to which the present conditions
are applied, in which a part La Melosa Resort, is legally responsible, will be exclusively the competence of
the local law courts of Grosseto.
