With the conviction of the environmental compatibility of the company’s activities, whether a fundamental element or for better well-being of clients the coexistence of the company with it being near to naturalistic areas. The Melosa resort promises to:
1. Respect the environmental laws, all the rules and other written requirements which are applicable to their business and to the other prescriptions which can be applied to the environment.
2. To prevent the reduce pollution linked to their business and in particular the disposal of sewage water, the use of chemical substances and to the production of rubbish using the best technology available on today's market, economically sustainable by the company.
3. To boost the rational use of water and energetic supplied by a better method of client awareness, the suppliers working within the company and all of the company's personnel.
4. To guarantee an effective monitoring system of more significant environmental aspects which are connected to the supply service of the client.
5. To pursue a continued improvement of their environmental performance by defining the measurable and comparative objects and goals and the environmental indicators.
6. To create communication channels whether towards the personnel who work within the company or for those who are self-employed, or the public, the community, law enforcing sectors, and finally activating direct clear contact, and allowing the collection of eventual observations and suggestions.
7. Forming and training personnel who work within the company and those self-employed to respect the rules and internal environmental procedures, in particular with the handling of waste and to increase separate waste collection.
8. To sensitize the company's personnel and those who work for the Melosa resort, suppliers, clients and citizens on the environmental aspect and to co-involve them in the environmental objectives and goals.
9. To implement structural and business measures to prevent environmental accidents and guarantee an adequate answer if such might happen, with particular attention to the spilling of substances such as fuels and inflammable materials.
The management are personally involved in this respect and the implementation of these assuring principles and periodically verifying the environmental objectives and goals and that the environmental policies are documented, put into action, particularly to internal personnel and to their suppliers and that it is made available to the general public.
